Eureka's Technology Applications minor offers students an abundance of possibilities: It is more focussed on applications than the other minors. It can be combined with any major. Please see a Computer Science faculty member early in your academic career for scheduling advice.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS MINOR –
A minimum of 21 hours in Computer Studies listings, consisting of seven courses:
CSC 110 Designing Web Sites
CSC 115 Introduction to Databases and Reports
CSC 135 Computer Science I
CSC 165 Computer Science II
Plus any three additional CSC courses,
including two at 300-level. Courses from
the following list are recommended:
CSC 286 Programming in Visual Basic
CSC 301W Systems Analysis and Design
CSC 302 Database Systems
CSC 325 Computer Networks
TOTAL: 21 hours
