Eureka College offers a variety of educational certifications. Please see the catalog or Education department site for official details.

The Science and Math division offers Mathematics and Biology as secondary education certifications. Note that once you have a main specialization, you may add additional areas by passing a 'content area' test.

Please note that the State of Illinois does NOT allow Computer Science as a main certification, but it IS allowed as a 'content area' certification. Students wishing to pursue additional educational certification in Computer Science should consult with Computer Science faculty early on. (coursework roughly equivalent to the Computer Science minor, and a content exam, must be completed as part of the process.)
