Mon., May 17	morning: lecture "Historical Overview of Colonial and Post-Colonial Ghana" afternoon: money exchange; partial tour of Accra, including: W.E.B. DuBois Centre Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum Cultural Arts Centre
Tues., May 18	morning: lecture "Major Societal Problems Facing Modern Ghana" afternoon: site visit of urban plight with CENCOSAD (CENCOSAD is a city-based NGO that addresses the problems of urban plight and its effects on urban youth in Ghana)
Wed., May 19	morning: travel to Kumasi (capital of the Ashanti region) afternoon: partial tour of Kumasi including: Central Market Military Museum Manhyia Palace Pempeh I Museum
