Seidensticker's First Century of German Printing in America gives title: Ein Geistliches magazien, oder: Aus den schatzen der schrifftgelehrten zum himmeireich gelehrt, dargereichtes attes und neues, and adds note "The numbers of this religious magazine were not dated: they appeared between 1764 and 1770 and were given away, not sold. It is the first religious periodical printed in America. In one of the early numbers the publisher states that the type used was made in Germantown." Film covers num. 1-15.
