The "long building" will constitute the retail space for the Woodford Center for History and the Arts.  The building is 70 feet wide and 260 feet long, and contains 18,200 square feet of floor space.  The configuration shown above is only one possible way that this space might be utilized.

The above diagram identifies 41 locations of 196 square feet each (14 x 14 ft) with the exception of #49 which is 294 square feet (14 x 21 ft).  The two yellow shaded areas represent the location where restrooms would be positioned.  The orange location in the center of the building is the site where the coffee shop would be located.  The open space near the coffee shop would include tables similar to a "food court" area.  The area could also include a removable stage that might be used for particular programming during the year.

The building would have three primary entrances: (1) the west entrance near Main Street (Hwy. 117), (2) the entrance near the parking circle to the east of the building, and (3) a center entrance that opens up into the coffee shop area.
