Appearances can be deceiving sometimes. The building with the elevator tower is actually the second floor of the multi-purpose Office/Welcome Center/Educational building. It is connected by the skywalk with the proposed museum building.

The area where the loading dock is currently located is where the main entrance into the Welcome Center will be built. The original flagpole from the Libby Factory site is still located in this outer courtyard area.

The remnants of a former factory building that lost its roof now form an idealized site for the Woodford Center for History and the Arts. This inner courtyard area is surrounded by rustic brick walls that enclose an area of 7,200 square feet.

The inner courtyard forms an open plaza directly in front of the proposed restaurant site. It also provides ready access for visitors to the Art Gallery that will be developed in the basement space of the museum building.

The basement of the museum building provides a great location for the planned Art Gallery. Approximately 2,400 square feet of space in this location will permit sufficient space for various configurations that might be needed to house and display certain exhibits.

Plans included the construction of a staircase connecting the Art Gallery with the museum space above.
