Biographic Information:

I teach theatrical performance courses and direct in the production program here at Eureka College.  I am a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, a member of the Society of American Fight Directors, and the West Central editor for the Voice and Speech Review.  During the winter, I serve on the Heartland Theatre Company’s Ten Minute Festival Play selection committee.  (Click the link below to anonymously submit your work!) In 2005, I founded the Central Illinois Stage Combat Workshop which is now co-hosted by EC and Western Illinois University.  (Click the link below for more information on this exciting workshop).  I have served as a co-host and workshop coordinator of the region III Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.  Throughout my career, I have worked with theatres in London, New York, and Los Angeles.  I earned a B.S. in Theatre and Mathematics, from Eureka College; an M.F.A., in Acting from Illinois State University; and my Alexander teaching certificate from Alexander Technique Urbana.
